Contact our EXT official partner in your country to start the claim and ship products for evaluation.

If warranty claim is approved, shipping expenses will be covered by the EXT Official Partner. In case of missing EXT Official Partner in your country, please send an email to warranty@extremeshox.com

EXT OFFICIAL PARTNER

EXT Official Partner will validate warranty claim after evaluating the product issue. Once warranty claim is validated, EXT Official Partner will start to work on your suspension.

In case of warranty claim refusal, EXT Official Partner will inform rider on potential service fee. Check warranty conditions for further information.

WARRANTY POLICY

EXTREME BIOMEC Srl, owner of EXT RACING SHOX, an Italian limited-liability company based in Viale del lavoro 66/68, 36021 Barbarano Mossano, Vicenza, Italy, applies the following limited warranty conditions to all products line up.

EXTREME BIOMEC guarantees that the products are of excellent quality, free from defects in materials and workmanship and correspond to the specifications given by the Manufacturer.


EXTREME BIOMEC guarantees that the Products are free from defects in material or workmanship related to EXTREME BIOMEC’s actions or omissions of for 24 (twenty-four) months according to 99/44/EC decree.

Invoice, documents of transport or receipt are proof of warranty start date, and it’s mandatory they are forwarded to EXT for each warranty claim required.
In case of a warranty claim, the purchaser can return the product to EXT national Distributor or to an authorized dealer/service point, presenting the receipt proof of purchase within 2 year period of warranty coverage, and specifying the reason of the product failure and warranty claim. All the EXT products have a two-year transferable warranty, used products within 2 years from the date of purchase will be covered by the original warranty contract as long as the original purchase receipt is attached to the claim request.

The product warranty claim should only be applied if the product was correctly operated and maintained by an EXT authorized and trained service center in accordance with recommendations stated in the proprietary service manual.
When receiving products, the Customer/Distributor shall verify the possible non-conformity of them, and any obvious and non-obvious defects in the goods delivered shall be notified in writing immediately, but no later than 8 (eight) days after delivery, or after the discovery of them. Defective parts shall be returned at the Customer/Distributor’s expense, at EXTREME BIOMEC’s warehouse, according to the instructions provided by EXTREME BIOMEC.
Customer/Distributor’s expense will be reimbursed accordingly to cost transportation for the products, previously communicated by EXTREME BIOMEC’s itself (inbound & outbound shipping cost).
For raw materials not expressly made by EXTREME BIOMEC, the manufacturer gives the same forms of warranties received from its suppliers.
This warranty does not cover any of the following defects: crash damage, alterations, neglect, improper use, abuse, incorrect use, improper assembly, improper service, improper fixings, use of non-official EXT spare parts, modifications not allowed unless specifically authorized by EXT in written form.
Products shall be used only for the purpose for which they are designed and manufactured. EXTREME BIOMEC is therefore relieved from any and all responsibility for any reason, including “Product Liability” arising from the Product’s use over the allowed limit, and/or from their normal wear and tear and/or problems related to comfort, unfamiliar noise and vibrations or poor fluidity in the use of the bicycle. Any modification or tampering with the Products may compromise their safety and, in any case, will void the warranty provided by EXTREME BIOMEC.
This warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear like hydraulic seals, o-ring seals, sliding bushing, oil, dust seals and oil seals.
This warranty will be immediately voided in case of intentional removal or tampering of the serial numbers, or they are identifying marks.
Original EXT spare parts have a warranty period of six (6) months.

EXTREME BIOMEC srl WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES TO
PERSON OR THINGS RESULTING FROM PRODUCT USE.

In some countries this clause is not accepted; this limitation could be not
applied to your country.
This warranty contract is the one and only way for customers to raise a warranty claim for the defective product. No EXT dealer, agent, distributor or employee may modify, extend or broaden this warranty agreement.
According to the terms and conditions set out in these GSTC, EXTREME BIOMEC releases a direct guarantee to End-Users only if the Distributor has not made any modifications to the Products. The Distributor is therefore obliged to deliver to End-Users this GSTC. Technical support and warranty work on the Products, where applicable, are directly made by individual Distributors on behalf of Extreme Biomec in accordance with this GSTC.

EXT Distributors have the expertise and resources necessary to handle warranty inquiries promptly and effectively.
