EXT Racing Shox is thrilled to offer a 5-year Warranty Period for the all the current MTB and E-MX product range, starting from the 01st January 2025. This extensions program provides you with 3-year additional coverage to EXT products assuring you with peace of mind for years to come. This extended warranty is in addition to the original 2-year legal Warranty Contract, which remains guaranteed for every product sold.

To maintain the validity of this extended warranty, a yearly full maintenance service is required. It’s not just a benefit to have extra warranty coverage: for a high performing product, maintenance is crucial for a top notch experience!

No need to worry about keeping track of your EXT product data. Our dedicated online platform stores all your product information, registered by you, your EXT national distributors or one of our official EXT dealer points worldwide. Riders can also monitor the status of their EXT products through the online info table. By simply entering your product’s serial number, you instantly receive a status information for mandatory maintenance to keep your warranty extension valid.

EXT products will be eligible for an extension of 3-years in addition to the original 2-year Legal Warranty Contract, which set a total of 5 years Warranty coverage.
Starting from 01st January 2025, all current EXT products for MTB and E-MX will be eligible for the Warranty Extension Program.
Validation must come upon product registration by EXT Distributors, EXT Sales Point or registration form available on the EXT website.
Registration must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
A yearly full maintenance service is required every year to be performed on the product.
Maintenance operation must be validated through form registration by EXT Distributors or EXT Service Points. A purchase receipt is required during data upload.
EXT product must be serviced due to 1 year from the purchase date.
Each maintenance service must be done every year with the same time range + 10 days of period tolerances. No exceptions will be made. Failure to comply to the followings indications will result on the void of the Warranty Extension Program.
No, EXT products can be handled only by an official EXT distributors or EXT authorized service points.
At the moment of purchase, EXT product will be registered by the EXT point of sale, by the national EXT distributor or directly by the customer who will be provided with a product registration form.
A purchase receipt is required during data upload.
At the moment of yearly full maintenance, EXT service point will register on the EXT specific platform the service operation. Customer is not allowed to carry out this operation.

Customer can check the EXT product status whereby serial number’s research you can have access to an overall look on the product registration and yearly maintenance status.
Green light means the Warranty Extension is still valid. Red light means the Warranty Extension is no longer available.
No, the extra warranty applies only to the new product, meaning the first owner. The standard warranty remains valid according to the legal terms of the country where the EXT product was purchased.
